For founding builders
I'll set up your first job with you.
Sign up, and I'll call you to book a session. We'll put one of your real jobs into BOS together, so it's working for you that week, not someday.
- A one-on-one session with me, by phone or video
- Your first live job loaded: schedule, estimate and cost codes
- Your supers and crew invited, with BOS on their phones
- My number for your first 30 days
It's also time with a builder who has been at this for 40 years. Bring the questions no software answers on its own: subs, schedules, change orders, draws, cash flow. That part's free too.
— Todd Sullivan, Sullivan Homes
For the first companies to sign up. When they're gone, this comes off the page.
A user means everybody.
Your office staff. Your superintendents. Your assistant supers. Your crews and your labor. Put every one of them on it and the bill is $199.
This is the whole reason it works. When software charges by the head, a builder does the sensible thing and buys seats only for the office — and then the field is on paper again, the schedule stops matching the job, and within two months the expensive thing nobody is using gets blamed for being expensive. A tool your field isn't on is a tool that goes stale.
What per-seat pricing costs as you grow
Most software in this category charges for the first user and then again for every person after. Same company, same jobs — the bill just climbs as you hire.
| People | Per seat | BOS |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | $199 | $199tie |
| 3 | $239 | $199 |
| 6 | $299 | $199 |
| 10 | $379 | $199 |
| 15 | $454 | $199 |
| 25 | $579 | $199 |
We are not the cheap one. We are the flat one. $199 is the bill at four people and it is the bill at twenty.

Billing questions, answered plainly.
When am I billed?
Monthly, on the card you start with, from the day you sign up. One charge, same amount every month, however many people you add.
How do I cancel?
From the billing portal inside BOS, yourself, without talking to anybody. There is no term to run out and no cancellation call.
What if my card fails?
Nothing happens straight away — your account keeps working normally while the card is retried, so a declined payment on a Friday doesn't take your schedule away on site. If it goes unpaid, the account turns read-only: everything is still there and still visible, you just can't change it until the payment goes through. Nothing is deleted.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It is yours and it comes out. Every job has a Download all button in its Files: one zip with every folder and file, the plan sets and the schedule, plus a list of what is in it. Take it anywhere.
